Sometimes I catch little glimpses of how Heavenly Father sees my children. Then I have this overwhelming love and appreciation for my children for their lives and for my Father in Heaven whom has given me this opportunity to have them in our lives. This does not mean, every hour of every day is perfect or my kids are perfect. but I love them and they love me. They truly are amazing. Even though sometimes people (intentional or not) make me feel bad about choosing to stay at home with my kids and that I love it I know it is the best thing for us. I feel closer to Heavenly Father when I am with them. These are just bits and pieces of things I have been pondering since I read somebody's blog. I think if I dwell on the negative part of being a mother of course I will have a hard time, but the thing I love about children is they are so uncomplicated, they take a nap, or go to sleep for the night, then it is a brand new day. They don't hold grudges, they tell things as they really are. They are so uncomplicated. Though I am not saying I am a perfect mom far from it. I am sure I am messing up my kids pretty bad, but I just want to throw out there that I love being a mom, and being with them makes me happy! Here are some of the bits and pieces of my life that I love! I also wanted to add my dark haired girl is turning blond. Johnathan is wearing a princess dress with Rosie, I just need to work on some boy dress up clothes!

auretta starts planning her birthday right after patrick's party, well actually before. Anyways...she keeps telling me she's going to invite Rosie because Rosie is her friend. My kids love Rosie! Just thought you should know :) I can't wait until Johnathan and David are that way! And then again with Jessie and Kathrine!!! So fun!!!
I love the dresses! Only because we can relate! Scott has gotten to the age that he will now dress up especially with a little girl friend who lives to dress up. He gets in his suit while she gets into every dress Sophie has and they go to the ball and to weddings and etc. I can't believe how big they are getting!
